I am a coach and facilitator with over many years of experience working with teams and individuals to unlock their potential, embed learning, overcome self limiting beliefs and deliver both personal and organisational change.

(I try to avoid the term executive coach as I passionately believe in equity in coaching)

Managing individual performance

Peter organised and facilitated development sessions for over 1000 managers, and oversaw the implementation of a new online performance management system.

Onboarding support
