I found Peter really easy to work with, he gave me space to “let off steam”, as at our first meeting I wasn’t in a good place (I didn’t realise the full extent until my second meeting with Peter). His delivery style was relaxed and friendly ensuring he was able to immediately settle everyone and he encouraged people to engage in the session with ease.
Despite this friendly and relaxed demeanour, he was able to move the session along at an appropriate pace keeping to time, which is an essential attribute for such a busy team.
He tailored the session to the needs of his audience which ensured everyone felt they had got remained invested in the learning and got something tangible out of it.

I decided I wanted to do coaching sessions when I felt stuck in a rut at work and needed to improve my self motivation and stop feeling so weighed down by the job. I needed to talk to someone who wasn’t going to patronise me or suggest unachievable solutions.
